Interior Design and Custom Window Treatments! Melinda Peters Elliott, Owner of Fine Designs & Interiors makes
a great design partner with each of her clients. She has successfully helped people all over Ohio as well as Michigan and Kentucky make their house a home.
Fine Designs & Interiors, Ltd. opened in November, 1991 offering Interior Design Services along with
the fabrication of Custom Window Treatments. Melinda quickly established herself as a top designer in the country by
winning many awards with her designs.
In November 2001, Melinda remodeled a historical Downtown London building and made it into a unique Design
Studio/ Gift Shoppe/ Coffee Shop which offered specialty gifts, fudge, jewelry, candles, and home accessories as
well as specialty coffee and loose leaf teas. The Design Studio consists of upholstery fabrics, a
custom framing and matting center, a large display of Hunter Douglas blinds,shades and shutters, a tile
display featuring many in-stock ceramic and porcelain tiles from Hamilton Parker in Columbus. The shoppe
is a great place to browse for new window treatment designs and while shopping you can enjoy your favorite Teas/ Coffee/
Cappucino! The Store is open Monday thru Friday from 9am-3pm if you would like to stop in and see what we have to offer,
otherwise we set up consultations by appointment in your home.
